The staff and Dr. Norris are absolutely wonderful. Very caring and considerate of my questions regarding insurance payment issues. My serious ongoing optical medical concerns are being met with professional advice and compassion. Dr Norris is top drawer in my opinion!​​​​​​​

Dr Sharp is fantastic. Knowledgeable, explains things in terms that a layperson can understand without dumbing it down and making you feel stupid. Great sense of humor, collaborative with the patient, and very relatable. The ladies will help you out with choosing frames that fit your face shape, coloring, etc. Very helpful!

Dr Grace Anderson provided a warm and friendly environment. She was courteous and thorough in explaining things clearly. Tami at the front counter and Lori who helped us with our glasses were efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. Doctor Rossman was very professional and I enjoyed his personality, he did a great job adjusting my LAL lens. I would highly recommend his services.

So far my experience with Eyecare Associates has been excellent. All staff have been pleasant and competent and have made me feel well taken care of. My experience continues to be excellent! Some of the nicest staff I have encountered in a very long time. Dr. Was very thorough and easy to understand. Wait time and overall visit and exam was very on point and I didn’t have to wait around to be seen. They really seem to care about “YOU” .
