At Eyecare Associates our first priority is always you, our patient. We are a premier Ophthalmology Clinic, with various locations in the beautiful Mid Willamette Valley. With a highly experienced team of Ophthalmologists and outstanding staff members we have been serving Corvallis, Lebanon and surrounding communities from Salem and from Dallas Santa Clara for all of your visual needs and eye health.

Since 1969, we have specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of eye diseases. Our medical team includes highly skilled ophthalmologists at Eyecare Associates Medical Departments: Retina, Cornea and Glaucoma as well as General Ophthalmology.
