Dr. Jessica Norris, OD earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with honors from The University of Texas at Austin and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She went on to complete a residency with Pacific University at the Roseburg VA Medical Center before joining Eyecare Associates in 2004.

Dr. Norris enjoys providing comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, with clinical interests including ocular disease management, cataract and LASIK co-management, contact lens fitting, and low-vision care. She is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association.

Dr. Norris is passionate about combining her love of travel with eye care through international humanitarian eye care missions, serving patients in Central and South America and the Caribbean. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and can often be found adventuring outdoors.
