Grace Anderson, OD

Optometrist​​​​​​​

Dr. Anderson was raised in the small mountain town of Idaho City, Idaho. Her love of science led her to Butte, Montana, where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Then, she attended Pittsburg State University in Kansas, completing her Masters of Science in Biology, with research being in soybean genetics. During Dr. Anderson’s Masters work, she got a retinal detachment which sparked her interest in eye care.

Dr. Anderson received her Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University in 2019. Following optometry school, she completed a residency at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania, specializing in ocular disease and low vision. She has been on international eye care trips to Guatemala and Mexico and looks forward to participating with more service clinics in the future. In her free time, Dr. Anderson enjoys baking, hiking, going to the beach, visiting farmers’ markets and playing with her dog and cat.
