Dr. Bunn is originally from Wendell Idaho. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Idaho State University in 2017. Dr. Bunn then attended Indiana University, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree. During her time at IU, Dr. Bunn rotated through several clinics in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio where she gained valuable experience in primary eye care, ocular disease and specialty contact lens care. While in optometry school, she enjoyed giving back to her community and those in need by volunteering for the Special Olympics Opening Eyes program and participating in a mission trip to Jamaica to provide eye exams for school age children.

Dr. Bunn is a member of the American Optometric Association and Oregon Optometric Physicians Association. She enjoys all aspects of optometry, but has a special interest in fitting both soft and specialty contact lenses. She and her husband enjoy attending sporting events (especially if the Hoosiers are playing) and exploring the Oregon coast.
